WARRANTIES

As dealers, we are committed to supporting our customers with warranty claims for products purchased from us. The warranty duration is determined by each hardware manufacturer's terms and commences from the purchase date. The warranty service duration may vary depending on when the customer brings their PC for inspection and the RMA process if the hardware needs to be returned for RMA warranty purposes. If the supplier rejects the hardware RMA warranty, we wont be held responsible.


While we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service, we cannot assure that troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing parts will invariably resolve every customer's issue completely. There may be instances where multiple check-ups are needed or the purchase of new replacement parts becomes necessary. We promise to keep you updated on the progress and collaborate with you on any required actions.
